Offering medication management and monitoring for most major psycho-pharmaceuticals and nutritional therapies.

Everyone is starting at a different place. I offer trauma-informed care to individuals through a variety of techniques, depending on the needs, values, and goals of the individual. In every visit, principles of cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness are included. Other modalities used may include DBT and IFS principles. We take additional time to partner with therapists, primary care providers, and other people in your life to provide connected and well-informed care. My approach includes addressing unconscious patterns and fostering introspection as well as behavioral activation to lead to long lasting change.

I generally work with clients aged 10-55. I am experienced with anxiety, OCD, depression, bipolar, borderline disorder, ADHD, ASD, adjustment disorders, grief, trauma, and major life transitions. This clinic is LGBTQ+ friendly, and all genders are welcome. There are telemedicine and in person options available.
