In every visit, principles of cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness are incuded. We take additional time to partner with therapists, primary care providers, and other people in your life to provide connected and well-informed care.

Thorough evaluation will screen for any possible medical issues that are contributing to, or causing issues. Thoughtful and intentional use of pharmaceuticals, supplements, and/or lifestyle interventions offered to improve and optimize mental health. Offering medication management and monitoring for all major psycho-pharmaceuticals and nutritional therapies.

We work with clients aged 10-55. We are experienced with anxiety, OCD, depression, bipolar, borderline disorder, ADHD, ASD, adjustment disorders, grief, truama, and major life transitions. There are telemedicine and in person options available.
